Terms and Conditions of Use:

Materials on this web site and presented in the Chronological 4 Gospels are under registered copyright © in a currently published book along with the trademark.  Some are also published in Bible school manuals used internationally with trademark.  This web site is using the materials with permission from the author and publisher.  All materials on this web site are the exclusive property of the Gospel Truth Publishing, and/or Ted Kresge, and/or Bibledesk.com, and or any mirror sites it possesses.  Anyone copying said materials or using any copyrighted materials other than what the law allows may be subject to prosecution.

You do not have permission to copy, transmit, download, reproduce, broadcast, display, or publish these materials on another web site without prior written consent.  Under no circumstances can you use or publish, in any way, any content for commercial or promotional purposes or claim the material as your own.

All web sites should be only a click away from this one.  We invite you to place a link on your web site to ours.

Both copyright and trademark infringement is stealing and against the law.  It is a crime.  You do not have the right to copy someone else’s copyrighted or trademarked materials, books, text, songs, web sites, pictures, etc., without the written permission of the author and/or publisher.

By using this site, you agree that any and all messages, comments, or contributions made by any user or others having access to said site or sites are the exclusive property of this site.  This includes any comments, contributions and or messages contained in any Chat Room, Message Board, or e-mail.  You also agree that this site may reproduce any such comments, contributions and or messages including for promotional purposes.  Under no circumstances does your use of this site form any relationship, whether expressed or implied, with said web site.  Said web site disclaims any such relationship and any liability resulting of its use of any content or materials including comments, contributions and/or messages contained on said web site.

Said web site is in no way responsible for the contents of any web site that is linked to us.  Any links from our web sites to any other web sites are for their convenience only.  No permission is implied or should be considered using any framing technology.  We reserve all our rights under the law to insist that any link to this site be discontinued.

Reference CLA.  Copyright owners have every right to prosecute offenders under the US copyright law.  To date there have been a notable number of court decisions against individuals (and organizations) for violations of copyright law—some involving substantial fines.

Protection is available to the following works:

1.     “Original works of authorship”, and

2.     “Fixed in any tangible medium of expression from which they can be perceived, reproduced, or otherwise communicated.”

“Works of authorship” are listed in #102(a) of the copyright code.

If the three parts to copyright notice are provided as required, then a defense of innocent infringement will probably be unsuccessful.

Question:  Are unpublished works also protected under copyright law?  Yes.  Any work eligible for copyright protection is subject to protection, even though unpublished.

Penalties for Copyright Infringement

The remedies provided by law to a copyright owner means that anyone found making illegal copies, or otherwise infringing, could face the following:

1.  Payment of statutory damages from $500.00 to $20,000.00 and, if the court finds willfulness, up to $100,000.00.  The court may also allow the recovery of full costs and may reward a reasonable attorney’s fee to the prevailing party.

2.  If willful infringement for commercial advantage and private financial gain is proved, fines and/or imprisonment of up to 10 years could be adjudged.
